A return will only be processed if the watch:
Unworn and tried on for assessment only
Undamaged and in perfect condition
Returned in original packaging , including box, protective materials and any accessories.
Free from signs of use, scratches or modifications
If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a depreciation fee.

After receiving your request, we will provide you with further instructions for the return.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Any shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
Products that have been customized or personalized especially for you are not eligible for return.
Carefulness
We recommend carefully packaging the product for return. VALORÉ is not liable for damage or loss during return transport.
