To ensure the exclusivity and craftsmanship of our limited editions, every order is carefully processed, inspected, and prepared before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local delivery carriers, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier and destination.

Customs & Local Carriers

For international shipments, parcels may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Once a shipment has been handed over to a local delivery carrier, VALORÉ cannot control the exact delivery date or time.
